I would also buy a salt lamp for the negative ions if you don&#039;t already have one.
I agree with you to buy the lemons and add them to the water over the alkaline water. Make sure to bless your water as well to create positive energy in the water molecules.

		<description>I have heard about the lemon and water first thing in the morning and so enjoyed the reinforcement you provide.

Going through chemotherapy to eliminate cancer from my body, I find my &#039;gut&#039; is highly acidic.  My acupuncturist suggested the lemon and water for alkalinity.  You are right on.

And while my yoga teacher mentioned purchasing alkaline water by the bottle, I think buying lemons is more cost effective.

So, the moral for me?  When life gives you lemons...make lemon water.
